Thanks for your comment on my blog. I went to reply but it wasn't linked to your email so hope you don't mind that I am replying here. I do want to do the chair. I brought it meaning to recover it but decided I quite liked it the colour it was against the wood of our lockwood house. Now it has shifted into this room I again want to recover it. I just can't decide whether to do it plain or patterned. Quite like the idea of plain so I can change cushions regularly. I shall ponder some more!

Hi Jen :D Ooh i think you should do like one bright block colour for the chair to complement the footstool! The stool fabric is simply devine! I have oggled over stichbird fabric for a long time!
